The Light Worker’s Manual – An Unpublished manuscript I had the privilege of being best friends with a psychic channel for a period of twelve years when I was much younger. The entity who spoke through her was named Alexander. Alexander and I were friends from another lifetime. When he spoke directly to me through my friend he told me many things and asked me to write everything down. At the end of twelve years my friend moved to another city and we lost touch. I began seriously to write down and arrange everything Alexander had said. The result was this manuscript. Much of what I have written has already come to pass, and as humanity continues to evolve into the fifth dimension, I find the words spoken by Alexander are indeed the truth. Perhaps one day this manuscript will be published and will become a Light worker’s Manual. Live Love, because Love is all there is. |
The words of the Ascended Masters are highlighted inblue When we are in our dream world or in deep meditation, we are in a different dimension than when we are awake. Both are real while we inhabit them but when we are in one dimension we are not aware of the other. The same applies when we are in the physical reality; we do not recall our spiritual reality. When we are in the spiritual reality, we only remember the lessons we learned while we were in the physical reality. We receive information from our guides while dreaming that assist us in our physical dimension. We sometimes wake up with an idea or a plan. We might say, “Why didn’t I think of that before”. The reason is that at this particular moment was the correct time to have that thought. This particular day or time is the correct day or time to work on this particular plan. We can, of course just ignore the thought or plan. It is our free will to ignore the help of our guides or to accept it. Their patience is infinite and the plan may be offered again. The point here is that there is help available, it is our choice and free will to accept the help or not. We are never punished for our choices. |
The words of the Ascended Masters are highlighted inblue Dreams are a very important part of our evolution. Some dreams tell us what to expect in the future. Some dreams warn of events to come and some seem to have no meaning at all. While we are sleeping, our ego or personality is at rest and therefore our guides have clear access to speak to our sub-conscious mind. We may wake up in the morning with a new idea or a new way of achieving a goal or even an answer to a question or problem that we have been struggling with for some time. Our guides are always willing to answer our questions or solve our dilemmas; we have just to learn how to listen. That part, ‘learning how to listen’ is not as easy as it sounds. Our dreams are often in symbols and the symbols usually have exclusive meaning for the dreamer. One symbol I believe is universal, which is our identity. If we dream of losing our wallet, purse or other items that usually carry our identity, it may mean ‘a new beginning’ or a fear of losing our identity. Then, if we dream of death and losing our identity – as I did last week – I would interpret that as a new beginning coming in the future. Timing is very illusive in dreams as it is for psychics. There simply is no time reference in the spirit world. So, that new beginning may be next week or it may be ten years from now. Something to ‘dream’ about. |

We see a situation that often occurs in the life of an only child; the child receives all the attention from the adults in the family. A child with all the attention focused on them will possibly have a difficult adjustment to make when as an adult they must share the attention in a roll as a parent. When attention must be shared with a spouse and children, the adjustment is sometimes too difficult and the mind will attract a medical condition to bring the attention back to them. This situation hardly ever brings sufficient attention so the condition takes control. Yes, indeed, I have such an acquaintance; and I am sure many others can find a person or persons who have brought illness to them self in this manner. They may have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, overweight and things that quite often lead to conditions that are more serious. This may all stem from the lack of attention that they crave and will never achieve. The onset probably began at the time of their marriage when they left their parents or at the time their first child was born. Extended or blended families may make a difference. |
The words of the Ascended Masters are highlighted in blue The first female child is bound to be a cherished child. The little girl is the jewel and treated as such. Now let us say there is a second female child born. Suddenly life changes dramatically for the older female. The child with a child’s method of reasoning cannot comprehend or understand why her life has changed. Suddenly the baby is the cherished jewel in the family. She feels helpless and only wants her old status back. It never happens so she may attract an illness in order to get the attention she craves and deserves. The illness or medical condition may stay with her for her entire life. She may never know why she cannot get help with her medical problems. When we look at illness in this way, we can often heal the problem. We must go back and examine our place in the family. We must understand that the ability of a child to reason is limited. If we can understand that our reasoning was based on incomplete information, we can often change our minds about our childhood and begin the process of healing. As the illness took many years to develop, the healing will also take years to complete. |

So how do we assist the body in the healing process? Right thinking, right eating and right movement or exercise is the basic and most important foundation to self-healing. Fears are the bases of most of the anxieties that we experience and most of our illnesses. Our fears show up when we use comparisons to judge ourselves. When we compare ourselves to others and we determine that we do not measure up to the standards others have set, we let fear determine the outcome. When too many fears are allowed to restrict our personality that is when illness and physical restrictions begin to compromise our bodies. They do not mention colds or flu by name but they say our weakest organs are the first to be affected when we compare ourselves to others. We are complete and perfect the way we are. No one is less than perfect. If we have a spouse that continually compare us to others; or parents who continually compare their children to others, we are eventually going to believe that we are less than perfect. This comparison by our self or from others will eventually bring illness. It may take many years but it will happen. Belief in ones self is important to ward off illness. |
| The words of the Ascended Masters are highlighted in blue When we are completely comfortable with the knowledge that we are truly spiritual beings living in the protective shield of the human body, we will take a giant step forward in the evolutionary understanding of why we are here. Science has a long way to go to develop a space suit that can compare with the space suit that the spirit must wear to visit the earth. There is continual improvement in scientific space travel and the gear required for such travel but the human body has never required improvement, such is the magnificence of the creation of humankind. I don’t think I need to add anything to this. It might be a new way of looking at our physical existence on earth for many people. |
| The words of the Ascended Masters are highlighted in blue The time is drawing near when those individuals with loving hearts will be transported to an area where they can live in peace and harmony. Free will has allowed, once again that technology be developed that is powerful enough to destroy the planet and all those who dwell upon it. God will not allow those with peaceful hearts to be destroyed at the hands of those who profess to be God-loving while waging war in the name of creating peace. Our creator is infinitely patient. Eons ago He created a universe for the enjoyment of humanity, a place where his children could enjoy the pleasures of His love and generosity. Technology evolved and humanity destroyed the first universe. He created another universe and transplanted the souls who had remained loving ‘in the twinkling of an eye’ into the new universe where they could start again living in love. And guess what, we destroyed it again, and again. Eleven universes were destroyed, eleven planet earths destroyed by humanity’s uncaring nature. Each time the advancement of technology and war machines captured the greed of humanity. We are now living in the twelfth universe; the twelfth planet earth and we are again living in the latter days. Soon a new Age of Enlightenment will be upon us and once again the chosen, the 90% who have evolved sufficiently will be transported into the thirteenth universe – the thirteenth planet earth.. As I said in my last entry, 90% of the earth’s population will evolve and enter the thirteenth paradise. The memory of this misguided universe and planet will be forgotten just as past lives are forgotten by newborn children. The ten percent remaining on this planet will continue with their war machines, greed and unloving ways, the memory and knowledge of the 90% who have left will also be wiped from their memory. And so it goes, eons of time and unlimited patience of the creative force has directed the evolution of the soul to this point in time. We will have a new opportunity in a new universe once again. We may have to wait 3,500 years to see how we manage the thirteenth. It is interesting to note that throughout the entire manuscript the words “sin”, “hell”, “devil”, or other words frequently used in religion in conjunction with eternal damnation are never mentioned. Only evolution that moves forward or is delayed by our choices. There is no punishment for choices we make. I for one am glad I was not born in sin and Jesus did not have to die for my sins. |
The words of the Ascended Masters are highlighted in blue It is difficult for our minds at their present level of knowing to understand the magnificence of universal love. At best, we can hardly imagine the wondrous effect universal love will have on the population. The effect will be like continuous miracles happening all at once all over the world. What we think of as miracles now will be commonplace every minute of every day. Our minds cannot expand to realize the wonder of universal love. Indeed, something to look forward to, if not from an earthly vantage point then from a heavenly one. It is said that 90% of the population on earth now are in their last lifetime. |
| The words of the Ascended Masters are highlighted in blue When we break God’s law, the law of love, we hinder our own progress of evolution. We cannot stop the progress but we can delay the progress. As we have said, evolution is an ever-forward moving energy. When we delay our own evolution, we also delay the evolution of the universe. When we live in love, act in love, work in love we cannot help but increase the rate of evolution throughout the world. Our actions have an effect on the evolutionary progress of the world. Our actions have an effect on our eventual return to heaven and the peaceful existence that we have been promised. Our every day actions have an effect on our forward progress or our delaying of the progress. We are charging you with a huge responsibility, that of the progress of the evolution of the universe back to the spiritual beings that we were in the beginning and that we will again be in the end, and for eternity. God says, ‘Love thy neighbor’, can we do less? If this were common knowledge today, we would see huge forward motion in the evolution back to spirit and back to heaven. If our leaders, kings, rulers and prime ministers really understood how they are delaying peace and the evolution of humanity’s soul, the soul of the universe, would we continue to have wars and threats of wars? I don’t know if we are capable to love without doubt or distrust but doing our very best will certainly bring us closer to our eventual destiny. |
The words of the Ascended Masters are highlighted in blue Spiritual healing can come in many forms but positive results are compounded by mediation. When the mind is in an altered state of consciousness during meditation, the spiritual beings that hover about the human form in the delivery of assistance can then accomplish their duties much easier than when the human body and mind are active. Meditation is itself a process of healing. It is a time when the individual can listen to the voice of God or the voices of any member of the spiritual hierarchy who are working to assist the human form. It is not always necessary to sit and meditate. Meditation is simply an altered state of consciousness like daydreaming or in that quiet time just as we are entering into sleep or briefly upon awakening. During sleep our guides can and often do, leave messages which manifest as random thoughts the next day. |
