Accused being a terrorist, Mark Taylor is arrested and imprisoned as an enemy combatant.
Mark Taylor discovers life as he knows it, is over. Accused of conspiring with terrorists due to advanced knowledge of an attack, he's arrested and imprisoned as an enemy combatant. Mark maintains his innocence, despite isolation and harsh questioning by CIA interrogator, Jim Sheridan. Desperate, he confesses the source of his information-- a special camera which reveals photographs of future events, and triggers Mark to dream the details. Sheridan doesn't believe a word of the crazy story. It's not until Mark dreams of a questioning session, and seals the written account in an envelope before the session begins, that Jim believes Mark could be innocent.
Released more than a year after his arrest, Mark returns to Chicago to find that his old life is gone. He's homeless, broke and alone. When the camera ends up back in his hands thanks to loyal girlfriend, Jessie, and a new terrorist attack flashes before his eyes, he resists the urge to prevent it. He's been down that road already. But Mark is haunted by the faces of the victims. Plagued with guilt, he realizes he has to do everything within his power to avert the attack--even if it means asking his former interrogator for help.
