Why oh Why do the diet thing at all.. simple as this .. walk briskly every day for 30 minutes and do a bit of cardiovascular stuff for the hell of it and eat what you want.

We're both gonna have awesome lungs, we're gonna be at HEALTHY weights HEALTHILY. I can't say much about the mother situation, but you always seem to make the right choices, and it's definitely more than commendable you're able to stand by her considering the past you've had. I happened across your blog on the blog public listing page and had to read this entry.

I cried as I read this. "If I come back in a casket, come to my grave and drink with me. Promise." Oh my goodness. That's too much.

And Dapheria ... that is one of the most beautiful babies I've ever seen.

After reading this one entry I know I will have to go back and read them all. I am also adding you to my favorite blogs list inside my blog (did that make any sense?)

I'd be up all night too.

I strongly suggest that this not be ignored. Find someone (after your mom's okay) who is level-headed who can deliver a message to the boys (police come to mind, but ...) that this will never happen again. "Date-rape" is not a minor matter.
