I use to love Judy Garland. Such a tragic life. She went on to become addicted to narcotics and died penniless I hear.

St. Augustine said that man was "inwardly focused." How can we, as believers, spur one another toward being outwardly focused?

I preach to the people in Chapel all the time about the importance of service. We show our love for others by placiung their needs and desires ahead of our own. We don't keep track of favors. We just do. One of the guys here has a ministry in which he loans money without interest. Another runs errands at no charge. These are all ministries. My ministry is chaplain.
