Prompt: Where is your home away from home?"

My home away from home is cyberspace. I spend hours every day on the computer. I'm usually doing schoolwork and when I'm not doing that I'm blogging. I was sick the past few days but believe I am feeling better now and can go on with my life. Thank you, Jesus. Now I have to catch up.

Prompt: "What are some similarities between God's descent to Mt. Sinai and the giving of the Law and the Holy Spirit's descent on Pentecost and the start of the church? See Exodus 19 and Acts 2."

The similarities between these events are striking. Both events heralded shifts in God's dealings with man. Both involved glorious acts of God and miraculous showings of the mighty power of God. Both led to the betterment of mankind. Now we are waiting for the final advent.

My dad was a tough disciplinarian. Iwas older before I understood the need for discipline.
