Avoiding, Taking Control
Prompt: We visited planet sindbad Author IconMail Icon When you avoid what you must face in life, it becomes bigger then you and takes control over your life. Do you agree?

Yes, I do. My job would get me down and I couldn't sleep. My sinuses would act up and I would have to call in. It all started with my boss thinking I had to work over all the time and making her problems my problem. I am happy not to be working anymore. Worrying about things will feed on you and make things worse. You have to get a handle on things. Pray, sometimes I take a nerve prescribed mood pill and if my problems have to do with a person, I talk to a person. If my symptoms are bad with sinus or something, I will think I am dying. After going to the Doctor and getting on the right Meds, praying, then things are good again. In high school, a class or two would get me down, I would have to get a C and not fail, thank goodness! I had to work at it while keeping B's in my other classes and a couple of A's. It is hard bad when things rule you. We shouldn't let that happen!
