Face what you must Face Open in new Window. (E)
Challenges are been given to you for a purpose - for you to become what you can become.

A statement stood out "Krishna says – When you avoid what you must face in life, it becomes bigger than you and takes control over you.*

What do you think?"

I agree absolutely. Challenges come along in life. What we do with those challenges determines what those challenges become. If we back down from the challenges then the challenges become our masters and we shrink as people. If we face the challenges head on we master them. I choose not to be enslaved by anything except God. Good job sindbad Author IconMail Icon!

Why is acknowledging our sin and God as Creator and Redeemer important in our reconciliation with God?

It is important because it is a part of repentance. If we do not acknowledge that God is right and we are wrong then we have not completely surrendered. We will not find complete forgiveness until our surrender is complete. Humans are fickle creatures. Until we get it in our minds that what we did was wrong, no repentance will be complete.

Kayaking, swimming on the beach. learning how to make Vietnamese spring rolls and after dinner squid fishing.

Let your imagination get carried away, discuss what fun things you've experienced."

I enjoyed the exquisite Vietnamese cuisine that I can't even pronounce. I also enjoyed the kayaking and fortunately nobody got thrown from the kayak. The water was rough in a few places and smooth and calm in others. The calm spots gave me a good work out as I worked the oar.

Blog City image small "Prompt: “All frustration is due to unfulfilled desires. If you dwell on obstacles, delays, and difficulties, your subconscious mind responds accordingly, and you are blocking your own good.”
Joseph Murphy
Do you agree with the quote, and what frustrates you the most?"

I would agree with that assessment. Alcoholics Anonymous says “Acceptance is the answer to all my problems today”.
