My Three Goals for the year are: #1 Complete a contest a week for the I Write in 2020 Challenge. Week #18 - April 27 to May 3 - "Quotation Inspiration: Official Contest" - "We Must Have Faith" Week #19 - May 4 to 10 - "Building Sensuality Class Forum" - "Taking the Leap" Currently a week ahead. Week #20 - May 11 to 17 - "The Bard's Hall Contest" - "Great and Sudden Change" Week #21 - May 18 to 24 - "The Prompt Me Contest" - "Problematic Pandemic " Week #22 - May 25 to 31 - {item: } - {entry: } - whoops! #2 Write 750 words a day (for a weekly total of 5250 words a week). Week #1 word total = 8097 Week #2 word total = 6564 Week #3 word total = 5250 (done by Thursday) Week #4 word total = 6562 (not including the Sunday yet) #3 Continue to work on my NaNoWriMo novel - Arlynn's Way. May's mini goal is to add 2000 words this month. Week #1 - I have gotten to 50% of the 2000 words this week. Week #2 - I have gotten to 69% Week #3 - I got to 75%, then reset my goal to 8000. Week #4 - I got to 100% of my 8000 words. Extra Goals: Books: Goals for Monthly Reading Challenge for May/June is 5 books. A Duke By Any Other Name by Grace Burrows - finished May 16, 2020 It Must Be Your Love by Bella Andre - finished May 22, 2020{. 30 Day Blogging Challenge - Official Month - I was late 3 days but have made them up. Goals for the week of May 18 to 24, 2020 Writing Work on entries and reviews for Week # 21 of the I Write in 2020 Challenge. I can do up to Week #23. Work on my novel - Arlynn's Way. My writing goal is 750 words a day. (5250 words per week) Virtual writing meetings for this week: Monday 1 - 2:30 pm (Remote Write! London UK) & 7 - 9 pm (KW Alliance); Wednesday 8 - 11 am (Paris Shut Up and Write)& 2 - 4 pm Shut Up and Write - Edinburgh & 7 - 9:30 (GWN); Thursday 6 - 8 am (Remote Write! London - XL) Friday 1 - 3 (KW Alliance); Saturday 4 - 7 am (Paris Shut Up and Write); Sunday 5 - 8 am (Paris Shut Up and Write). Reading: I signed up to read 5 books for May / June on the Monthly reading Challenge. I have rad 1. Yearly Reading Challenge on WDC = 15 books for this year. I have done 10 Product Reviews to date = 5; Goodreads Reviews = 5. Work: I have an LTO at Smithson now - 50% Learn how to do this job by home learning due to Covid-19. Stay on top of work projects. Check ECNO to make sure I am being paid accurately. Health I will walk 10,000 steps at least 4 days this week. My low goal for this week is 2 days. Complete 1 - 3 yoga sessions. Complete 1 - 3 meditation sessions. I am trying to refocus on the the Cinderella Solutions diet or at least manage not to gain weight as we move through the #stayathome phase of this pandemic. Other I will dust the basement living areas. I finish cleaning off my dresser and dusting it. Work at cleaning up and organizing my workspace. Keep my clutter down to a minimum, particularly in the main living areas of the house. Clean out the inside of my car. |
