WRITING AND ME

Since I missed the blog yesterday let me just say I learned a lot about organized writing from the courses I took on New Horizons Academy. Fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and journalism all have their own writing style. Every thing I learned from New Horizons was adding to my writing knowledge.


NUMBERS


Assigning numbers to every random event can cause a lot of stress. It's also a way to avoid the day to day living that is necessary for survival. Placing faith in numerical patterns is what causes a cult rift in numerology, which is normally considered a science. There is a lot of historical writings about numbers that are really interesting.

One of the ones I remember reading about is the historical violent happenings that occur on the 11th day of the 9th month Since reading about it, I have a tendency to watch world events around 9/11 every year.

Using numbers to try to predict future events though is kind of maddening. I believe it is tied to other cult undertakings. I don't look for special meaning in any special number. Although, people who are into numerology will assign numbers to different people they are trying to figure out.

Nature seems to be balanced properly with numerical patterns.
