The Last Thirty-Six Plus Hours
The Last Thirty-Six Plus Hours

It has been almost forty-eight hours since my last Blog entry. And a lot has happened within that time. Not all of it is good, though. Yesterday at work is a good example of that. I didn’t get too much done yesterday when it comes to the movie treatment for my Water Wars Project. In fact, it was one of the worst days I have had with this project, if not the worst one so far. After all, I only got ten scene paragraphs done yesterday at work.

Normally, I could and would blame work for me not getting more written. But I can’t do that this time. It was a very typical Sunday at work. It was very, very slow. One of the slowest days of the year so far. No, I can’t blame them. But I do know who is at fault. It’s me. I couldn’t contrate on my writing. Only this time I know why. Some of that reason is because of my NaNoWriMo novels I’m working on this year. But that isn’t the main reason why, though.

Usually, I keep my wits at work by watching television shows on my cell phone. But since I’m caught up with all of them that I downloaded or could download I decided to watch a couple of movies that I haven’t seen in a million years. As a result, I did watch them instead of my getting caught up on my writing. I did do some writing while watching them. but not that much.

While watching them it did get me to thinking about three special scriptwriting projects that I haven’t worked on in a long time. I have decided to start working on them again. Two of them are two big-budget Action/Adventures and the third one is so special I can’t talk about it until it’s done. I can tell you this, though. It’s the ultimate special scriptwriting project. It may even be the most ultimate one of them all. At least I think that it is.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not giving up on my Water Wars scriptwriting project. I am still going to do that while I’m at work. These projects I’m going to be doing while at home when I get the chance to work on them. What does that mean for the rest of my writing? I have already decided that I’m not going to be doing a WDC Short Story entry for this month. Only it’s not because of these three. Decided to not do that before I started thinking about them. mostly because of the last we had one of these prompts. But I’m wrong about that. I just looked over the rules again. And I was wrong. So, maybe I will write a Short Story for this contest after all.

I also haven’t given up on my NaNoWriMo novels either. I’m still going to be working on them at home too. In fact, I have been working on them today. This has not been a typical Monday aka my first day off from work. My brother and I did have a lot that needed to be done today. But it wasn’t that much. I have had plenty of time to work on my writing. And I have done it too.
