Monchielle Stanza

The Monchielle is a 20 line poem with 4 stanzas of 5 lines each with 6 syllables per line (lines are typically written in iambic trimeter)

The first line is a refrain, so it is repeated for all the stanzas.

The third and fifth lines of each stanza rhyme. There are no other rhymes in a monchielle.

Here is an example. It's not a very good one, as only part of it is in iambic trimeter, but it's my first attempt.
