It’s Been a Typical Monday aka My First Day Off from Work

Today may be April Fool’s day here in the United States. But I’m not one of them. In fact, I may be the opposite. My day has been a very good one. Except for my writing, it has been. Up until this Blog entry, I haven’t written anything today. Why is that? It’s because I have spent the whole day getting a new car.

That’s not the only thing I have been doing today, though. I have been doing a lot of other things too. aka it has been a typical Monday. Only this day off is a little bit different because of my new car. I didn’t get it done until late afternoon. So, I didn’t get the chance to get what other stuff I needed to get done today until just before the evening.

Yesterday was a very typical Sunday. At least it was at work. It wasn’t very busy. In fact, it was kind of slow. It got a little bit like normal the last few hours there. But up until then, it wasn’t. so, I can’t blame work for what I didn’t accomplish yesterday with my writing. It’s not as bad as it reads, though. I got what I wanted to be done, sort of. It’s just as much as I wanted to complete.

I got the one sentence sentences for my Outlines done. I got the first letters for my character name done on my Treatments too. but I didn’t get any of the one sentence sentences written yet. I will be doing that when I get back to work this Wednesday. That’s if I will still be able to do any writing at all at work. The new shift supervisor didn’t start on Friday. So, they probably started today. Which means I won’t be seeing them until Wednesday at the earliest.

Today hasn’t been a total loss for me when it comes to my writing, though. Not only am I doing this Blog entry, but I have also been thinking about which story I’m going to write for this month’s WDC Short Story contest. I think I know which one I will be doing for this month. But that might change. After all, I’ve got a billion of them at least. And they all want to be written and read.

I’ll think about this one the rest of tonight. But I’m not sure if I’m going to get to it until late tomorrow or maybe even next Monday and Tuesday. I don’t know what all we have got planned for tomorrow. But I know we have one thing that we are going to do. I’m not sure how long it will take. I think we should be finished with it around noon. But it might be early midday too. whichever it is I should have some time to work on my WDC Short Story. I’m just not sure if I will have the time to do it or how much of it I will get done.
