SPRING IS HERE

Spring is here, Spring is here
The birds say so, the calendar states it so
I feel like there must be some place I must go.

Buds are appearing, the bees are buzzing

For some Spring make one want to sleep
I want to move, go somewhere; maybe the sea
Watch the water ripple, watch the clouds move.

Maybe because winter has kept me in
Kept me from the breeze that Spring brings on
Kept from the warmth of the shinning sun
