Updating My Secret Project for Sunday

It has been a very good yesterday for writing my secret project. It’s not as good as I wanted it to be. But it’s still very good. I got a lot of the other part done yesterday. In fact, it’s about the same amount as I did on Saturday. I only have about ten or eleven paragraphs to do on each one of them.

Why didn’t I get more of it done? I’d like to blame work. But I can’t. at least I can’t blame it completely. It was very slow at work yesterday. It picked up a little bit the last hour or two. Especially in the last hour as usual. But even then, it wasn’t too busy.

True, work was part of the reason. But it wasn’t the main one. I had a lot of problems writing the paragraphs for my secret project. At least it was for several of them. I knew what I wanted to write. But not how to write them. I ended up starting over on a few of them.

I also had some trouble concentrating on my writing. Don’t ask me why I had so much trouble doing it because I don’t know. I just did. Part of it probably was the problem with some of the paragraphs. But that wasn’t all of it. I’m just not sure what it is. Maybe what I need is a little more thinking about that.

I have already done a lot of thinking about it. All the way home from work I thought about it. Even after I got home, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. Yes, I know I have used the phrase ‘about it’ three times in this paragraph and ‘thinking about it’ twice. I don’t know why I did that.

It must be my fingers. Once they start taping my laptop keyboard anything might be printed. Sometimes I think they have a mind of their own. I never know what they are going to type next. This paragraph is a good example of what I am talking about. It doesn’t make much sense, does it?

So, what am I going to be doing for the next couple of days aka my days off from work? It’s not going to be my secret project. I will start that back up again next Wednesday when I return to work. At least that is the plan as of right now. That may change if I get my WDC Short Story done before then.

That’s right. For my days off I’m going to be working on my WDC Short Story for this month. I’m hoping that I can get it done by the time I go back to work. I should be able to get it done in the next couple of days. But I will not know that for sure until I get to them. It depends on what else I need to do on those days.

If a miracle happens and I don’t have too much to do personally for the next two days, not only may I get my WDC Short Story done, but I may even get a little bit of time to work on my secret project too. I don’t think that will happen. But it may. I should get it done. It just when I do it I’m in doubt about.
