Where is your story going? Describe the climax, the point at which everything changes and the tension of the primary conflict is finally resolved. Use the "What If" brainstorming exercise to create a list of possibilities, remembering to consider the growth of / change in your main character(s) as a result of this event. The climax can be as hidden and seemingly tiny as that moment when your character finally makes that decision they've been dreading or avoiding for fifteen chapters, or it can be as huge and obvious as an exploding planet. Sometimes, the climax is a little hard to pin down. Was it the moment Ender won his game? Or was it the moment he realized the moving images on his screen were not a simulation, not the game he thought it was, and that he had just personally wiped out an entire alien race?

Where is my story going? The climax - the point at which everything changes and the tension of the primary conflict is finally resolved....
Arlynn leaving the city happens after she discovers her boyfriend's betrayal and the theft of her designs.
She leaves the City and heads for Cottage Country - back to her family's cottage on Kempsie Road.
Arlynn wants to belong. She also wants to find work that is her passion - freelancing and children's picture book illustrator and writer. She needs to learn to live 'off the grid' as much as possible.
Ultimately I want Arlynn and Ryan together - Ryan needs to feel that she will stay and not leave for something better (the City) and Arlynn needs to belong and feel that she can 'survive'
Is there a point where Lance returns and tries to take her back to the City? But does he leave after talking to Arlynn and she tells him to leave - does he stay and try to give the impression that he has won her back?? Her fending off her ex could be the ultimate point Ryan needs to know Arlynn is serious about staying.
Does Ryan's ex Darla come back????
Ryan also has Penny Carlson that is interested in him and is not happy with Arlynn's interest in him.

The climax is still very foggy for me.
