Wandita Plot Background – “Unnion, Here We Come” A flat sheet of energy comes out of a large spaceship. It hits a single row of about fifty smaller spaceships ten rows deep. Slicing through them before it splits the planet they are trying to protect into two pieces. Those spaceships start to explode one after another. The Spaceship explode into non-existence starting with the first row. By the time it gets to the fifth row the planet the energy sheet hits explode too. That planet destroys the last five rows too that engulf the whole area into a huge fireball that fills the viewscreen in front of GorVon and the other in the room they are in before they all disappear too. “Another advanced planet I have stopped from taking over the universe,” says GorVon still staring at his viewport. GorVon returns to his chair in the center of that room. “Maybe some of the other planets and Group of Planets I have been forced to destroy haven’t been too much of a threat to me and the Universe, but this one really could have been if they hadn’t been stopped.” “True, they have only started their advancement, but with that many spaceships, they are a threat to me. They have only just started to explore the other planets in their Group of Planets,” continues GorVon. “With that many spaceships, plus the ones I don’t know about, it’s obvious they aren’t going to just settle for those planets.” “They aren’t a threat to me anymore.” GorVon gets up and walks down a few steps and puts his hands on the shoulders of his Controllers. NeiKin and YeaBon look up at GorVon standing between them. “Take us to our next threat,” GorVon says a few seconds later. GorVon looks over at JunNai. “JunNai, what do we know about my next destination.” “We don’t know too much about it yet.” JunNai doesn’t take her eyes off the small monitor in front of her as her fingers continue tapping at the control panel in front of the monitor. “The planet scanners we sent to it only showed that they are a threat to us. So far, the only other thing we know about it is that there are sixteen planets in this Group of Planets, and all of them have been populated by one planet. A planet that they call Unnion.” A few minutes later GorVon is walking down a corridor with his assistant WenDei. “You are in command of my Infiltrators. Have all of them returned from our last victory?” “No, they haven’t. Most of them have, but there are about a hundred that didn’t.” “One hundred! That’s a lot. I need all the Infiltrators that we have for our attack against Unnion and their Group of Planets. Do we have enough Infiltrators to do this?” WenDei smiles as they go through an entrance to stand above a large group of Infiltrators looking up at them from a large room below. She points at her Infiltrators. “What do you think?” “How many are there?” GorVon asks. “There are five thousand Infiltrators down there. That should be more than enough for what we need them to do.” GorVon smiles. “That’s good. Start sending them out to the sixteen planets a few at a time. I want them all there within a couple of months.” WenDei looks at GorVon, then back at her Infiltrators. “They already know their destinations, and they will be there. I will make sure that they are there before I head for Unnion.” “You’re the most important part of this attack. You need to get there before the other Infiltrators get to where they need to be.” “We are going to be there in about five months. You need to be ready for us when we get there.” WenDei places a finger to the side of her neck. “ThaRim, you are in command of the Infiltrators now. Make sure they get to their destinations as fast as they can safely.” “I still don’t think I need to go to Unnion this soon, but I will.” WenDei turns and leaves that room. GorVon is right next to her. GorVon and WenDei walk down that corridor in silence for several minutes. It’s WenDei who breaks that silence. “If I may ask, how are you going to handle this threat?” “I’m working on a weapon that will take out all sixteen of those planets at the same time if I need to do it. As for our appearance, that’s not going to be a problem either. We won’t be seen by them until it’s too late.” A little bit later the small planet floating through Space changes from a planet into a large spaceship. That spaceship is only there for a few seconds before it disappears. Now it looks like Space with a couple of planets and a lot of stars who are constantly changing depending on where it’s at as it continues its travels through Space. Word Count = 826 |
