We live much of life amid unique choices. Joy is anchored in The One beyond our life. |
Why do we doubt the gift of belief? Why do we say we're not sure? Where is the hope to bring us relief? What is the soul-saving cure? Do we believe in doubt as some say? Does God trust us more than we know? Does strength come through beating the hardest of clay? Is pain really Hope's way to grow? What if I'm scared I'll fail in the end 'cause Heaven is Home to pure hearts? What if God is so Just that He'll never bend, and hell is the home of rude parts? What's The Gospel I've heard in The Bible, His Word? Can a poor and flawed sinner really know? What's a dead soul to do, lying stiff as a board, unconscious and mentally low? Salvation is Lazarus, alive from the grave when he had no strength to do aught. The Sovereign of Life has come here to save the ones that He chose and He bought. But where is the hope, if Sovereignty chose and Man had no word that he spake? The myst'ry of Doubt that Sovereignty knows removes not a choice we must make. For all that belong to The Son are His Gift, and He loses not one from His Hand (John 6:37) for the saved are the ones He'll eternally lift, agreement of choice by His Plan.
