Why do 'Great Employees' Leave “Great Cultures, Big Names and a Settled Job” “We have a great culture.” We have all heard it. We have all said it. But what does that mean? Does it mean a session in pool, sweating out cycling, salsa sessions? I need that message chair so much, but no. Equity, growth, still no. Best organisations who believe in human resources as their key assets always recognize behaviours, systems and practices. Alignment of three gets you to the right culture mix. When gaps start to appear, that’s when you start to see problems — and see great employees leave. These gaps can take many forms.
