My Word for the day is FORGIVENESS.

Forgiveness is best anti-dote to hatred.

It liberates us from the negative emotions which we carry with ourselves.

Protects the damage done to the heart and soul from the rays of abhorrence and revulsion .

As we are human, it is not very easy but the path to great thing is never very easy .

Remember by forgiving someone you are doing more good to yourself than the other person.

So Learn the lesson, forgive and forget. Move on and attain inner peace !!
