The Beauty of the Day

I thank the Lord for the Beauty of the Day
It's set up sunny and green within I pray
I thank you for the air we breathe
and with it the varied shades of green leaves

I thank you Lord for the beauty of the Sky
with hues of blue and sprinkles of white
that hovers around the beautiful scene
of living, growing, and bountiful things

I thank the Lord for the Earth we walk on and the rain that falls
As a part of our energy and landscape of movement when nature calls
I thank you Lord for our oceans, streams and our living dreams
Thank you Lord for this chance to to live and walk and create and love
We thank you, our God above.
