We live much of life amid unique choices. Joy is anchored in The One beyond our life. |
How blue the sky in heights above in ev'ry shade, I've come to love! To dive into the Deep Blue Hole would chill me with a fear so cold. But now's the time to live I trow. SCUBA-backed I'll dive I know. Deep Blue Hole I come for you. Where will we travel 'fore I'm through? Sapphire sky above the ship. I fall through cerulean "sky" the lip. Down through cobalt, azure, berry, the admiral of the navy carries To denim depths of new indigo "sky" 'til reason is gone and the heart just asks, "Why?" In the blackness of blue in the space of the deep I've floated on through to the Planet iKeep With its circuits of peacock then spruce and some stone. The hint of some teal lights the way where I've gone. Captain Lapis arrives in his beast of the depths. A transportable vessel that's above all the ships. "Please, travel with me to Compute Outer Space, and we'll have an adventure in that beautiful place." "Is it water, computer or space of deep blue?" I wonder to self as my logic is through. "A mysterious place, this Deepest Blue Hole. Am I losing my life, hyperthermia, cold?" "I know not, My Friend," a gargantuan borx spouted blue and black flame with his smiling new torques. "I assure, Ye, yer all outer space in the Galaxy Nine, where the Earth humans come, outer sorts to repine." "But how did I get here?" came my wondering thought. "In a plane or a spaceship or by transporter brought." "Thou thinks it not well, my confusing new friend. Just go with the flow," tried the borx now to mend. "But flowing was how I did start this good day, quite frightening, but natural I really must say!" "Ye's Deepest Blue Hole has a doorway beyond to the Galaxy Nine from Caribbean Pond." "Now I'm deepest of blue in my coldest of hearts. How to get back to home and what way must I start?" "Let me torque, Ye, one turn in perspective of mind," bade the borx from his mouth spouting blue, but so kind. "Ye be back home in moments from this wonderful place, but remember yer friend the big borx out in space." "Remember you, Yes! How could I forget such a face or the home that you live, filled with beauty and grace. "When I want yet to visit you here once again, then the Blue Hole will be my great holiday to win!" The face of the borx was just gone in a flash as I popped from the blue like a bobbed bottle splash. A few hundred feet to my left was the ship, and I swam to its sides, flailing arms, quite a clip. Confused I am, but quite amazed the myst'ries of the mind when dazed, But on the gear a singed blue mark. I'm still alive, not blown by spark. I wonder could it really be the borx, who spoke those things to me? I love the color blue the best along with all the world, I rest My case that blue is fully blessed. This color is a hues success. by Jay O'Toole on April 24th, 2018 |
