I have tried to summarize my observation with vivid and simple manner. |
Although change can feel uncomfortable, you won't be able to increase your mental strength and increase you chances of being continually successful, unless you are willing to grow and improve. What's helpful during the change management: 1. Evaluating your readiness with open-mind 2. Realistic time-frame has to be set to achieve the goals 3. Balance your emotions and rational thoughts, which would help you decide in critical situations 4. Willingness to anticipate potential obstacles 5. Reviewing the positives and negatives during the change and staying with the change 6. Focusing on one small change at a time 7. Committing to behaving like the person you would like to become Whats not helpful: 1. Ignoring or avoiding even thinking about change 2. Putting off doing anything different 3. Allowing your emotions to dectate 4. Making excuses 5. Focused negative approach 6. Not to bother trying to change 7. Waiting until you feel like it is right to change now Unfortunately, your life will change whether you want it or not. Change can be created by a simple emotion or situation. When you practice adapting to smaller changes, you will be better prepared to deal with large inevitable changes that come your way. Just pay attention to the way to handle change. |
