April 20—a lingering fear or regret

Anxiety

Another lingering regret,
Nameless and unfocused fear,
Xyster1-like terror scrapping tranquility's bone:
Is it vain imaginings
Eating their way through my mind?
Time to reboot my thoughts and
Yank them away from mind's worst case scripts.
