The Secret Christmas

The greatest Gift in all the world
is opened on this day.
The flag of Truth is all unfurled
and Life is on display.

On Christmas we receive and give
some gifts that please each heart,
But after we return to live
and to each house we part.

Yet, in one day or maybe two
the new of gift is gone,
And then...a week the year is through.
The New lean hope upon.

The greatest Gift of Christmas Peace
is opened on the day
That Jesus stands to bring release
to lost ones in dismay.

This Secret Christmas, joyful heart
knows Gift unwrapped by One,
Who is the Source of Life to start.
He's Jesus Christ, The Son.
