Totally different from the scientific and cosmic black holes, imagine your very own, fictional black hole. What would it be like? Describe it or use it in a flash fiction story or poem if you wish.

Black Holes

Black holes conceal
Attract light
Reveal in the depth of their darkness
The brightness of light

I fall
into the gravity well of faith
Where atom by atom
My fear is pulled apart
Dissected
Into its subatomic particles
And dispersed into nonexistence

I emerge
On the other side
A new creation

Making A Difference

Each soul born into this world
was born to make a difference
in someone's life!

It doesn't matter
which spiritual path we follow
we were still born to make a difference;
we were born
to let the candles of our souls
cast their light across the planet.

A candle makes a difference
by lighting the darkness around it
even though the circle of light is small
a candle continues to light the darkness;
before it burns down
it lights another candle
and so the light goes
each candle lighting another
until the who world is lit.
