I have tried to summarize my observation with vivid and simple manner. |
Our spiritual growth is a personal matter and our growing relationship with God and our Guru is subtle and intimate, and should not be taken lightly or be subjected to the opinions of others who do not apprehend our love and convictions (faith). It is not helpful to overly analyze meditation experiences or the personality of one's Guru. Also, not recommended is discussion with others about your meditation experiences. Meditation is practiced to facilitate calmness, and spiritual awakening. Anything that contributes to stress, confusion, or emotional conflict should be renounced. Unenlightened people, because of lack of personal knowledge, almost always say that Self-realization is difficult to experience and express. If we are wise we will avoid being influenced by false opinions and misguided teachings. It is natural and easy to awaken to our real, permanent spiritual nature when we have been given authentic spiritual growth teachings and the personal guidance of a Sat-guru. You don't have to become what you already are, knowing this awaken to the simplicity of Self-realization. |
