Ah so, if a student pulls a knife on a teacher,
the teacher should have an "authentic discourse"
with the student to break the barrier in a
"trusting relationships."

I'm pessimistic about authentic accountability
with riots at our universities and rising violence
in our k-12 public schools..
But, what do I know?
