Day 3 - 13 Days Of Halloween - Reunited

Darkness falls and night closes in
The air chills...
Down by the graveyard movement stirs,
The ground shakes, it rumbles and shifts
From the rubble emerges a pale figure
Covered with dust and earth yet wearing an old style suit
He moves awkwardly pulling one leg behind him
As he makes his way across the cemetery.
On the way he grabs a bunch of day old, wilted flowers from a new grave
Once he reaches the Mausoleum, he knocks and waits....
The old door creaks open and a gust of dust permeates the air
He thrusts the flowers forward and smiles so wide his face seems to split
A pale woman appears wearing a dusty wedding gown and a vintage smile
She lurches into his arms and he clings to her
Lovers reunited
After years of eternal sleep.

Write a romantic story or poem with a Halloween setting as the backdrop. Here you can have some poetic license, so to speak.
