Christmas shopping in Canada
This morning, we travelled by bus to The Bay through snow, past road construction, nothing blocked our way. We conversed with fellow shoppers in checkout lines; the long, slow-moving. waiting-on-one-cashier kind. And we agreed that we were polite, patient, the best customers of a uniquely Canadian mind. Neither weather, nor traffic, nor queuing up to pay will deter or interfere with our Christmas shopping day!
