here goes my try


5 Dimensions of perception





The Storm

Though I walk quickly around the yard


I witness the trees falling hard


The storm leaves damage in it’s wake


So much so for goodness sake


I smell the scent of rain washed clear


And the broken branches do I hear


Crack! Snip!


Then the thunder rolls --- Boom!


In the field where the poppies grow


Red and orange giants are sown


Water falling down from the sky


It can both give and take life.


Tornado torments the town,


dreadful screams and all the sounds.


the darkened skies fill with doom


the storm tastes blood with all its gloom.
