Shouts From Down Under

They were both in a screaming machine, thunderous wind buffeting, mouths shouting silence.
They were falling out the door, falling from the sky, falling together, falling and accelerating, falling in exhilaration, falling in love.
With a banging crack a silken plume swelled instantly into their sky hook, and they cried out, laughing, floating towards the grassy paddock below.
The ground rushed towards them. There were shouts of joy as they reunited with the others.
Victory is thudding in their chests, hearts clanking in relief, and adrenaline.

First edit. Fixed the spelling of buffetting - buffeting, exhilleration - exhilaration, addrenaline - adrenaline. Changed the tense of the last sentence to present was - is.

Removed the description "there were shouts of joy" and inserted dialogue. Removed the second "towards". Changes and added to last sentence.

They reunited with the others.

Added realism change to the end of dialogue. I felt that someone would already be tense enough before a skydive.
