The best way to witness at work is to do not only a good job at what you do, but do it as a form of worship to the LORD. God's people really should be the best or among the best at whatever they do, whether in school or work, or whatever else. Otherwise, it won't really matter how much scripture you quote to a co-worker or things of that nature since you're there TO WORK (sure, there may be times the LORD may open up a door for you to share the light of Christ with someone, but it's for nought if you do a less than satisfactory job). And go the extra mile, even at a fast-food restaurant, that's possible. Offer to help out when no one else will, even if it means working over, or working an extra shift. And do it with a smile, not reluctantly. People, and your boss, will notice in time. Even if your co-workers label you a so-and-so, remember that it's for the LORD, and no one else. If you're there to work your job as unto the LORD to excel at it, then it stands to reason that you'll most likely satisfy your boss' expectations of you as well. I hope this helps you out.
