Rain of terror

Rain of terror

The clear picture of architectural
Curiosities, WTC twin towers
Flashed on the TV on a gloomy
Afternoon making us wonder.

The next minute we saw a plane
Full of satanic power crashing into
The midsection of the towers.
Aghast, we sat, we saw, stunned,

As concrete and steel started falling
A terrible scene emerged, staged
By what appeared to be a mind
That crossed the limits of reason.

Life changed with that one blow
To harmonious co-existence, with fear
Of the unknown hostile dark power
Sliding up the spines of millions,

As the ugly face of terror
Snarled at the peace-loving world.
