Vicissitudes
Vicissitudes
I look for insights
I end up with
Darkness looming.
You say something
And mean different.
You have me confused
Not knowing
If I am coming or going
Or just static like
The monolithic
Buddha in the middle
Of a lake, brooding, helpless.
The white moon
In the dark night
Shedding light
Shattering gloom.
Sometimes I see
The stars walking
Across my path
The blue heaven
Full of melodious
Clouds, fill me
With thrill, ecstasy.
A breakthrough, surely?
