My Thoughts: when the mood strikes.

         Today was a very strange day...  Got up at 6:00am and read my e-mail and then went on facebook for awhile.  Took a shower around 9:30am, sorted my laundry and cleaned the apartment.  Jorge came over around 11:00am to watch the olympics and then at about 11:45am, I took my clothes and went to the laundromat. 

         We had some thunderstorms rolling across Pinellas County and one hit just as I was leaving the laundromat... left my laundry in the car when I got home because it was raining too hard to bring it in.

         When the storm broke, I brought in my laundry... Then it started again.  Around 2:30pm or so there was a knock at the door.  The lady who runs the temp. agency had received a call on Friday that "things weren't working out."  Why would they say that?  She'd come by to give me the news, my final check and to get the key to the office...  I told her that I still had things at the office... couldn't believe they didn't tell me Friday so I could collect my things.  She said that she would go to the office and get my things. 

         The good news?  A friend e-mailed me earlier in the week to say her secretary is leaving and they're going to be hiring---wondered if I was interested.  So, I have an interview Monday morning at 7:00am in St. Pete.

         Why do these screwy things happen?  the negativity?  It was never like that all of my life... until now.  The last two and a half years have seen me struggling.
