July22 - Prompt -If you have nothing else to do, look at yourself and see if there isn't something close at hand that you can improve. It may make you wealthy, although it is more likely it will make you happy.- George M. Adams -

As soon as I read this prompt, I knew exactly what I would be doing...rearranging furniture or organizing something. I'm one of those people whose books are arranged alphabetically by author in every bookcase. My recipes are divided into categories and then alphabetically by main ingredients. I'm a member of the Rising Stars. We are required to submit three reviews each month, and the catch is, you can't review any one Rising Star twice. So I have mine listed on an Excel spreadsheet...alphabetically by username.

If I cannot find anything to organize or file, I start rearranging furniture or moving pictures, or moving around things on my kitchen counter...anything for a new and fresh view. I used to drive my husband crazy by "straightening up the garage, especially his tools".

I'm always making lists or looking up things. Whenever I see or hear a new word, I have to drop everything to look it up...that doesn't mean I'll remember it five minutes later, though *Laugh*.

These are all things that make me happy when I'm not busy....strange but true...

until next time...c
