I am home this afternoon. I am just feeling wrung out! I made some wonderful chocolate chip shortbread cookies this morning. There are some awesome desserts made during the two weeks of campmeeting. Besides the chocolate creamcheese raspberry one my fav is the shortbread. I offered to make a quadruple batch and mmmm. One of the guys bought a shortbread pan and I decided to use it. I should have made the cookie a little thinner, but it was good anyway and he was happy to see us use it. I am going to ask if I can borrow it after camp and make more. I think I will make them to give away as Christmas presents. more later
