The Waiting Game

No way

Had the family bash of a wedding shower today. Turned out very nice. Kelly and Mike looked oh so happy. Just the way I would like them to stay,and since they read the blog...yeah, better stay that way. I still need to read the response to the email so I can get to work on the wedding poem but I've been a tad lazy today.

Hubby took me out to dinner tonight. Off to Big Fish we went. And I swear, when he leaned over and said, "I think that's two guys dressed as women." Well, of course I had to look. Just couldn't help myself. The only time I've seen men dressed in drag is on television. So I get a great view of the pair, both in wigs, one blonde, and one strawberry blonde. They didn't seem to mind that people were staring. Seriously, how often do normal folk get to see that? If it's me we're talking about, which we are, that would be NEVER. Man I felt bad every time they caught me staring, but it was a sight to behold. Easy to tell they were men. Square jaw, burly arms, gobs of foundation. And according to hubby, the way they walked was a dead giveaway. Highlight of the evening. LOL.

So the MOM says she loved the links for Jerry. So I was thinking that I'd give her some of her favorite 80's tunes. Check em out Mama, I'm sure they will bring back plenty of awesome memories. Even gonna toss up a link for R. Woots, enjoy!!
