Well whaddya know?

This is a response to "Invalid Entry"  by Deelyte- Chillin' for "Follow the Leader"   by mood indigo

I know it doesn't matter whether my cells believe in me or not. I'm not always sure of my existence except when they complain. The same with God. For God's existance does not depend on my opinion.

I know that once I thought I knew. And I was proven wrong. I thought I didn't and was proven wrong again. Sometimes I get it right. But that is not dependent of my perception of what that rightness looks like.

I know that most everyone wants to do what's right. But my right and another's may be at odds. Heads or tails, take your choice. Except for certain psycho-sociopaths, even the most humble among us share this gift of humanity.

I know that we are interconnected. Earth, plants, animals and those of us who claim dominion. Like a pile of pick up sticks, remove one and the heap may tumble. I know that none of us truly appreciates our part or sees the whole.

I know that there is justice and 'just us' and as a minority person that can pass as priviledged, I have heard, seen and experienced how cruel that boundary can be. I know I will never know when I have truly benefited or been denied.

I know, I know, I know and yet I do not know.

This is my 10th response for FTL.
