Lancer Fans! In The Stands! If You Hear Us! CLAP YOUR HANDS!

One of the many cheers I've learned as the newest member of the Spirit Squad. It's so much fun, and no it is not like the cheerleading squad from Bring It On, we don't dress in super short skirts and make pyramids, ha.

We have pre-game pizza parties and sit in the crowds with tons of noisemakers, it's just plain awesome. We even got to take a bus trip to cheer on the men's and women's volleyball team at Algonquin College in Ottawa. I was accompanied by Erik Vanderbol that day, woot! That was fun, except their vending machine stole my $1.25, *shakes fist*.

We did a photoshoot too and the group shot is going to be used in recruitment posters and in next year's handbook. I have the wierdest look on my face from trying not to fall down the ramp. You can't see it but I'm grabbing Bobby Tozer's arm, trying to stand up.
