Celestial fantasies leave me waiting
Hoping and dedicating this poem
To you
How you seemed to have captured
My interest in what seemed an instance
As I stare into artificial luminance
Bringing into view the beauty that I knew
Was you
We from the same waters
Wading in the natural design of serendipity
To dry in the same sun
And to search the continents for the same love
I close my eyes
And in silhouettes you color my world
Painted with heavenly strokes
My consciousness your canvass
You have left your mark
As if motivated like Taki to be recognized
I see you
Through conversations etched in the fabric
Of this cyber net
Now I sleep peacefully
To the thought of your touch
For if your words have eased my spirit
And your mind is truly
The manifestation of my soul
Then your touch will be the balm to heal all wounds
Breathe the breath of life into my soul
Like the breath that produce melodies through soulful horns
And I shall shower you with the waters
That produced our spirit
We drank from sovereign waters
Bathed in the waters of the Nile
Stood on the banks of Jordan
And saw sovereignty in our reflection
For a Queen you are in my eyes
And in yours stand a man with the heart of the lion
Conquering the lands of Judah promised
In the book of life
This is what appears
During slumber after chats
And soulful understandings
The world seems brighter now
That you’ve have shined light into this tunnel
And I only hope that
At the other end of this travel through darkness
Is my light
Shining forever

To understand my words, you must first understand my mind. Balik737
