My life is absolutely hilarious, in it's own crazy way. A lot of it has to with my job, my co-

workers, my family, finances. Ugh!!! When it rains it pours...well that doesn't seem to

sum it up. So, I'll break you into my life as gently as I can. Good luck.

Two of my friends have approached me in the last day about their ghosts. YES. I said

ghosts. One is terrified. One isn't. And why, do you ask, did they come to me? Because

they wanted to share? Not really. They wanted to know what to do about them.

Anyone who is just starting to read this should know a little bit about me. Even though

the previous paragraph sounds like the making of a nut-job, I'm really not. I am a single

mom of three kids, I do taxes, work part-time, and have good friends.

I believe in God. I accept other people for who they are (at least I try). I like to laugh. I

like to learn. I even like Karoke.

People see me as being responsible, a bit reserved, funny, tolerant, and pretty much

trustworthy.

But I have my quirks. Believing in the paranormal---that's one of them. Not a lot of people

know that. But when they find out I do fortune cards...well that just kind of gets their

eyebrows raising. When they call and I ask them why they're mad before they even say

hello...well I guess that unsettles them.

So for my friends to ask me what to do about their ghosts...I guess that would be the

natural progression of things in that area. Still it irks me. It irks me because the logical

thing to do is tell the ghost to leave, or to talk to a pastor about blessings, or find a book

about ghosts, or buy a bottle of ghost-be-gone spray and use it.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to deal with that? Here's what I did. I did a reading

for the first friend. The reading basically said she's got nothing to worry about and the

ghost will leave when it's ready. She felt way better.

The second friend wants to keep her ghost--whom she named Fran. We looked at it

practically. Fran isn't using up all the hot water. She isn't raiding the fridge. She makes

my friend feel safe. So keep talking to it, her, Fran. Which is what I believe she wanted

me to say.
