The Unwanted Morning

The darkness breaks but lingers still, trying to hold down the early morning sun that awakens the world.

In the semi-darkness, you can hear its cries. "Do not awaken the fair world, for in the night all is calm but in the day it's wild and crazy. Stay away, sun, stay away."

"I would love to let you rule, darkness. But if I did, the world would change. The night would become eternal and many will begin to hate and kill. I must give pure people hope. So, every dawn I make saves the earth for yet another day of sanity and madness."
