Outline, Plot and stuff like that.

         The story goes that there's a special kind of human with abilities unseen in any other species throughout the known universe. This makes their already unstable character quite dangerous, but interesting to certain private parties. The 'Scientists' as they've come to be called, take particular interest in harvesting these abilities for their own militant and power gain.
         Around this same time, cloning, though illegal, has become perfected in its black market. The plan is to clone and 'modify' model subjects after rigorous testing and DNA 'remodeling'in order to create the perfect army of 'weapons'.
         These aren't mere soldiers, now; they are anything but. These creatures have five times the reflexes, intuition, senses, and smarts of any normal human being. Not to mention some of them carry telepathic/telekenetic abilities.
         However, Telekenisis and the like are VERY difficult to manipulate, much less duplicate. So our main character, India, is obviously subject to the more horrendous testing. That's right- they cut her brain. And not just because they are curious about her and others like her, but because her power far surpasses that of any they have seen thus far. But to keep her from escaping (lord knows she could easily!) they keep her quite doped up, to say the least.
         Then comes the escape. In a moment of lucidity, India frees herself and finds her way onto a space station where, coincidentally, she 'bumps' into the man who both put her in the hands of the Scientists in the first place and helped her escape. This man is Rave. This is also where our story is going to begin. Rave helps her escape from Authorities, Scientists and everyone else in pursuit of this amazing girl and her special abilities.
         Toward the end, India decides to go back and free the remaining captives who were also tested by the Scientists, and to destroy everything of the army the Scientists have created. By this time, the Scientists will have already started taking over one of the many planets proposed in their plans, and, catching wind of this, India vows to stop them. She eventually finds out about Rave, but is too late, she already loves him. This should be wicked cool, I think.
