BULLSHIT!

Since when is being honest a bad thing? Shame on me for being honest!

Good Lord! Zach has a research paper due today and he showed it to me last night. It looks like crap. It looks like he scribbled it down the night before it was due. There is shit all scratched out, it's sloppy and if I was the teacher....I'd start him out at a B and then go down from there. I thought research papers were supposed to be typed. Cover page? Report cover? Something?

I told him it looked like crap. He's trying to impress this particular teacher and that paper ain't gonna do it! I'm really disappointed that he didn't take more pride in his work. It's sloppy and looks like shit, so I told him. It's true! I would be embarrassed to turn in something that looked like that. We have a computer! We have a printer! We also have additional notebook paper so you can re-write it if you're too lazy to type it up! It looks lazy and I guarantee you that the teacher will agree.

I was the bad guy last night. Shame on me for telling the truth. I guess I should candy coat everything so not to piss anyone off. I should walk on eggshells and fill my vernacular of finesse and b.s. God forbid I step on any toes! If you're so damn sensitive....wear some shoes!
