Failed Suicide Attempt

aaron should probably win, because i doubt there's any transgression much worse than a failed suicide attempt, unless it's a successful suicide attempt or a homicide or something. but she doesn't, still, because i disagree with the general belief that suicide is an inherently stupid or evil act, or that it's always unjustified.

marcus thought i was threatening suicide last night, when in fact i was only threatening to purge him from my life. now that i've stopped crying long enough to reflect on that, i think it is riotously funny. is he so self-absorbed, or have i given off such a vibe of dependency, that he really thinks his presence in my life is synonymous with my life itself?

well i didn't. we discussed for a bit, and then we did something else, and then we slept, all still and spooned up like a single figure carved from mahogany.
