Detroit (v) 'coney'
[ASR] Hot dogs with chili, mustard and onions are a Motor Town tradition.

Detroit

(v)

♠♠♠♠♠

The tube steak slides out of the bun
taking the chili and onions for a ride,
streaking the street with mustard.

It's a Coney Island day
and the fans of the Lions, Tigers and Bears (oh my)
avoid the slippery meat
that seeks the gutter.

The Chi-town visitor
just orders another.
At Lafayette's there's always another!

Between the bean soup, loose burgers
and the sports' fans' blubber
it's just another day for Detroit mothers
treating their kid to a coney.
