Lune 2
The Lune can be considered as the American counterpart of haiku. In the sources I have read thus far, it states that the Lune is more flexible than haiku as it is bound by less rules. This form is invented by Jack Collom.
The variation with the first Lune is, that this one is built up in words, instead of syllables.
Like this:
Line 1: 3 words
Line 2: 5 words
Line 3: 3 words
My example:
Sun, hidden away
behind a blanket of clouds
it is cold.
When sun shines
the fall fair will attract
more friendly folks.
