Yet another freak out.
Yesterday I freaked out again.
This time it was at home and I started yelling at Mum.
I think it was because I'm so stressed out now.
I'm worried about the upcoming appointment at the adolescence centre and school is just bad.
So much homework I can hardly sleep at night because my brain is going around and around.
I can't really concentrate either.
I hope things get better...
