The Return
September 8, 2002

Well, I'm back. I had to put this journal on
private mode because of an emergency situation.
It turns out that friends I had put trust in not to
read it were reading it anyway and, what's worse,
giving excerpts to the Corvette. The worst ones.
So I closed the journal, not knowing when
exactly I'd open it back up. Now things are the coolest
they've been in a long time, so here I am.
After I found out about the breach of my privacy,
I went to the people who had done it. Two of the three
were cool about it, we apologized to each other and all.
The third one lied about it until it was undeniable by my
evidence. Then got pissed at me. Well, we
worked things out, and it was all good.
Finally, there was the Corvette. It turns out that
she had only been nice to me to keep me from freaking
out or whatever. So I approached her with that, we got
into a huge argument, and then we finally talked it out,
understood each other, and worked it out. Now things
with her are cool, even though we don't talk much still,
at least I know that we've forgiven each other and
decided to move on.
Things with the youth group degraded quite a
bit, but we're slowly getting it fixed. Our youth pastor
wants the leadership team to gradually take over the
youth group as he slowly steps down. It's scary. He
started with the band. He's no longer playing guitar,
and handed the whole responsibility of its management
to us. Eventually, he'll be almost uninvolved with the
youth group's management. Frightening.
School started. I'm actually making decent
grades this year so far, so that's cool.
So that's about everthing that's happened since
the close of this journal. It's kind of like a new
beginning. Anybody just now reading can throw their
confusions about previous stuff away. Meanwhile, I'm
anxious to see the next curve life throws my way.
         Though I haven't opened it in a while, I haven't
forgotten the most important part. This entry's
recommended listening: Runaway by Linkin Park.
I've expanded my playlist a few hundred songs since
the last entry, so expect some new stuff. Anyways, til
next time...
